This was the first time Isaac played hockey on the ice. The hours of practice in the basement playing with the plastic hockey sticks paid off and he was really able to handle the puck!
He even volunteered to play goalie first, had a few saves and then came out of the net to score a few goals himself!

Check out a few more pictures hear. After class we headed to the hockey shop and got him his own stick, where they cut it and taped it up for him. We also got Olivia her first pair of skates. They were both pretty excited.
Sunday, one of Isaac's friends, Lizzy had her 5th birthday party. It was a bowling party. this was the first time the kids had gone "real bowling" - not Wii bowling!
The kids had a great time, but they thought it was harder in real life.
