Isaac Gets His Orange Belt! - Dad gets his White Belt

Isaac passed his 3rd belt test and is now an Orange belt! This session I started to take Kung Fu as well, so I can protect myself when Isaac is practicing:) Miraculously, I passed my test and earned a White belt. See a few more pictures and a video from the test.

Noah's Birthday

Isaac's Friend Noah had his Birthday at Pump it Up!

Most of Isaac's friends from school were there.

March went by quickly...a few highlights Part 1

We took the kids to the Walker museum for Medieval days with Sharon and Mia. They got to see some of the Art as well as handle some really old swords and armor (500-800 yrs old!). Then they were able to create their own.

Believe it or not this was the 2nd day of Spring...you certainly could not tell by the weather!

Our Trip to Mexico City

We took a long weekend and headed down to Mexico City with the kids. We were able to spend a lot of time visiting with our family there. We saw; SuperLita Tina, Tia Georgina, Tio Hector, Tia Marta, Erik, Edith, Rodrigo, Ricardo, Olivia, Julia, Leo and Maria Jose and Lita was there too!

The kids had a great time playing with their cousins. They played in the park, the mall, inside bubbles, with bubbles, with dogs, with soccer balls, had pillow fights, watched movies and had ice cream together.

They also made some four legged friends....Duncan! Isaac's friend from the park....you have to watch this video. If you only watch one of the 4 or 5 I posted, watch the last one where Isaac is hanging out with this dog....he is a huge Bull Mastiff and probably weighs twice as much as Isaac!

Saturday morning we met Miriam's friends from Elementary school, Veronica and Sylvia. That evening we also celebrated Miriam's Birthday!
