Isaac goes to OSRUI

Isaac went away to Summer Camp for two weeks this year.... in Wisconsin!   He went to OSRUI which is located between Madison and Milwaukee about 5 hours away. In April we went to visit and get a feel for the camp(click her for that post).  After that we knew he would have a great time and he did!

For two weeks we were only able to send him emails, he was not able to communicate with us other than sending us old fashioned mail, which as expected, did not really happen.  We were able to view pictures that were posted on the OSRUI website to see how he was doing.

Olivia goes to Camp Teko - First Overnight!

So this year Olivia went to Camp Teko again and she did the 1 night overnight!   She had a great time as you can tell from the pictures.

She really liked her counselors, Sophie and Delia and made a new friend Natalie!

While she was going to day camp at Teko, she also had Mom and Dad to herself while Isaac was away at OSRUI.  So we had a few adventures like....

Wading through Lake Calhoun and....

Going to Ella's Deli in Madison and riding the Carousel.

MIsc End of School Year Stuff

The end of the school year snuck up on us and came and went as we prepared for a busy summer.  You will see that in posts to come....

Lita's 75th Birthday

 Well Lita is "57".....that is what she keeps reminding us at least!

 We celebrated by going to the History Center and to Rosa Mexican for dinner.

 Then came home and opened up presents.

 I guess it was crowded in the car when Miriam and the kids picked up the presents.
