Catching up on September

Well, September was a very busy month and just flew bye.  In addition to the kids starting school and the holidays, here are a few highlights to catch you up.  Click on the links to see some more pictures and videos:

• Nature walk

• Isaac joined Cub Scouts - He is in the Wolf Den.  I signed up to be a den leader which has been a lot of fun so far!

• David's Birthday - there is some good dancin' going on the video....
• The kids started Soccer, which has been a big hit! - both Isaac and Olivia are playing soccer in the YMCA league.  They seem to really like it.

• Olivia had her naming ceremony at the temple

• Our trip to St. Louis to meet Benjamin and celebrate Gabriel's 4th Birthday - Lots of fun with the whole family. It was great to see all of the cousins playing together!  Make sure you watch the video of Gabriel and Isaac playing with the balls...it is hilarious.

Olivia's First Day of Kindergarten

Olivia was all ready for her first day of school.  She wanted to go yesterday.

On the way to the bus stop we saw a lot of her friends, Abby, Elly and Julia and took a few pictures.  Then she got on the bus, sat down next to another Kindergartner and introduced herself!

When she got home, I asked her how it was and she said " Dad it was awesome!"

Isaac's 1st Day of 2nd Grade

Tuesday was Isaac's first day of 2nd Grade.  We all got up early, got ready and headed outside to take some pictures. 

Isaac was pretty excited, but relaxed....

We took a few pictures and Isaac and I played some hockey in the cul-de-sac.

If you look closely at the picture below you can see Olivia in the reflection of the window while Isaac got on the bus.  She is very excited for her first day too!
