Tiger's Game

A few weeks ago Gus, Tony, Matt and I went to the Tiger's game to wish Matt farewell. He and his family are moving to DC.
The Tigers won and then we headed to the Casino and continued the winning streak. Oh yeah and we ate a lot of peanuts at the game!
I would probably remmeber a few more details, but it took Tony almost a month to figure out how to send the pictures from his phone.....we can't blame him too much since he provided the tickets and took the pictures!

072407 - Week in Summary
Another fun packed week in the Lubin household.
On Monday Miriam and the kids came downtown to meet me for lunch at GM. Isaac got to play in all of the cars, he especially liked sitting in the bed of the pickup trucks.
Tuesday we brought Olivia in for her 2 month check up. Everything is going great! She has grown 2 inches and gained almost 4 pounds. She is now 10lbs 6oz....and you can tell!!!
Saturday was our first day of swim school. Isaac learned how to climb out using the wall, kick, paddle with his hands, jump in and push off the wall with his hands and feet like a rocket. After class we went to the infamous Apovini Grill for lunch with Miriam and Olivia just like every Saturday.
Today, Isaac took a few pictures himself. I saved the one of Cosmo because I thought it was pretty funny. We then went to the park where Cosmo and I went for a run while Isaac played on the structure and the swings.
Here are a few pictures and one video from the week.

Fourth of July - Evening
Note: Isaac actually took the picture above....pretty good shot right?!
Around 6PM, Christine, Tony, Rob, Anita and Jacob showed up for dinner. We all enjoyed some traditional 4th of July BBQ...of course, I outsourced this, rather than BBQ myself, we had it delivered from Fire Fresh (Outsourcing - the new "American Way"!) ....
Later we headed down the street for the fireworks. Olivia slept through them and Isaac enjoyed the first 15 minutes and then wanted to head home to go to sleep (just like last year!)
Enjoy the pictures and videos.
Happy 4th of July!!!
Fourth of July - Morning Activities
Wow!! Today was a fun-filled action packed day. We awoke early to the sounds of rain (actually the same time we always do - around 6 AM) and got ready to go to the Clawson Parade. We were a little concerned we would get rained out so Isaac and I decided to scope out the parade and call the girls when we found a good spot. Luckily, the rain cleared and we found a nice spot.
Isaac enjoyed the parade especially the marching bands....Olivia did not like the sirens on the fire trucks though.
After the parade we headed to lunch and then home for a break and a brief tricycle ride around the house. Then Isaac and I decided to head to the Carnival in the Clawson park. The carnival was geared towards really young kids which was great(no height restrictions for the vertically challenged!) Isaac started with a train ride and then noticed the mini - Ferris Wheel(this was his first time on the ferris wheel so we were a little nervous - but he loved it!). Then we tackled the obstacle course and competed in a few slot car races. Isaac was quite the race car driver...better than me! Of course, before we headed home he wanted to go on the ferris wheel again....so we squeezed in one more ride before it started t0 rain.
Check out the pictures and videos.
Stay tuned for a few more pictures from the dinner party and fireworks....
