We sent Isaac to the YMCA day camp for a week this summer. He loved it! Everyday he came home covered in dirt, mosquito bites, glitter and paint and sometimes scratches/cuts or bruises and always with a ton of stories.
Thursday night was "Open House" where the rest of the family was able to ride the camp bus to camp, tour the grounds, sing songs, watch the camp show, meet Isaac's counselor(Grace) and eat S'mores.
By far, Isaac's favorite activity was Gaga. See below.

Sunday we went to the Twins game. It was still hot!! We were sitting in the outfield in the upper deck and the sun was shining directly on us, so we only made it to the 5th inning. The kids were melting!!

This year was our second 4th of July in Minnesota. We made it to the carnival and parade in Chanhassen. We also went to a friends house for a BBQ then watched the fireworks over Round Lake. The weather was great and the kids loved the festivities!
