Andy "El Nino"'s Birthday Party - Dog Park - Walker Sculpture Museum

Today we went to Andy's "El Nino" Birthday party.  Olivia has to friends from Kindergarten named Andy, El Nino y El Nina ....the boy and the girl.   The party was a Toy Story theme, the kids ate a ton of candy and played games. 

Sunday we took Cosmo to the dog park and then headed to the Walker Museum and Sculpture garden.   Miriam ate a giant cherry!

Camp Teko - Isaac's First Overnight

This year the kids went to camp Teko for 2 weeks.  It was on lake Minnetonka.  They both seemed to really enjoy it and loved their counselors; Joey & Kaitlin. They rode the bus there and did activities all day like; Arts & Crafts, Teva, Sports, swimming, boating, singing, dancing, Israeli culture and of course roofball!  The last night Isaac was able to stay overnight.  Everyone was really excited about that!   The last day of camp Mom and Dad go to come for dinner and Shabbat services.

Father's Day Weekend

I had a great Father's Day Weekend!

 

 

Saturday we went to a new restaurant for us; Mort's Deli.  We had pastrami sandwiches and a knish....this might become the 2nd Ave Deli of Minnesota for us.   Afterwards, we headed to the Open House at the kids camp, Camp Teko.  We got a tour and met their counselors.  They both seem really excited!  Finally we had received tickets from our friends for the Twins/Tigers game.  We had a blast....Isaac was even up on the JumboTron (big TV)...he is still hearing from people who saw him!

Sunday I woke up to a Scavenger Hunt!  The kids had hid my cards and presents throughout the house (see the video...i am still half asleep!). They also made me the Lego creation above-which says
"Dad"!!!

In the afternoon we had the Cub Scout rocket launch which was very exciting, we must have launched over a 100 rockets!...Then to end the weekend on a high note we went out for Soup Dumplings.

First week of June

We finally had some nice weather so we took the kids to Schooner Days in Eden Prairie, which is basically a carnival with rides, games of chance and junk food....what else could you ask for?



Had a few baseball games....Isaac and his friends; Corey, Kenny and Luke.  We also took the kids to see Epic which they really enjoyed.  Oh yeah and it was the last week of school!!!
