Miriam and I took the kids to Kalahari for a few days this week. For those of you who do not know, and I imagine that is most, Kalahari is the country's largest indoor water park! Needless to say we all had a great time.
The kids loved the wave pool and the "Kid's Safari" section. The Kid's Safari section had a lot of small water slides they could both go down as well as some climbing structures and animals spouting water from random places.
We also spent some time in the indoor play structure (which has a crazy pneumatic volcano), the arcade(playing "games of chance" for tickets) and miniature golf.
On Thursday, Isaac woke up and was very excited because he decided to try the big slides (the biggest ones he was allowed to go on since he was 1 inch too short to try some of the really big ones). The first thing we did, was head straight to the "Leopard's Lair" which housed 2 slides and sure enough he went down them and loved it! Of course, then he wanted to try some of the slides he was not allowed to go on....next year.We even had fun in the room...pillow surfing.
Check out some more pictures and a video of our trip here.
