Isaac had a very interesting assignment at school. He had to choose a "SuperAdult" (SA) to write a story about what makes that person an SA, make a picture and present his story to the class. He decided to choose Grandpa Ricky! He even called Grandpa and asked him to come to Minneapolis so that he could be there in person. After a very long flight (Grandpa arrived at 1 AM Wednesday) we all got up Thursday and headed to school to meet Isaac in his class. All of the kids got up and told their stories, they really did a great job!
Here is Isaac's:
Since Grandpa was such as SuperAdult, we surprised him with Tix to see his team, the Boston Red SOX play the Twins at Target Field. It was a beautiful day and a great game....
Grandpa then got to go see Olivia do Gymnastics and Isaac play in a baseball game of his own. All in one day!
See a few more pictures here.

It was well worth the many hours grandpa sat in the airport wondering if he would make it to school to be a part of Isaac's project day. I loved Isaac's special mention of grandpa's professional job and all the funny stories which made me laugh and brought tears to my eyes. What a special honor for grandpa and a wonderful memory for all. GREAT JOB ISAAC. WE ARE SO PROUD!!!
