When we first came to visit our new house back in May, our neighbors across the street offered to sell us their play structure.....the only problem was how to get it from the back yard to ours! For a few weeks we carried small parts (the swings, etc..) across the street on the weekends. Then we disassembled the ladder, slide and ramp and carried them over. When Grandpa was in town he helped us take off the bar the swings hang from....at that point we realized we could not do much more without either completely disassembling it or getting some more help to carry it in one big piece. We decided on hiring some people to help this weekend.....so naturally I took the kids to the Canterbury Park Horse Racing track (which is actually one of my clients - so that makes it OK...) for a few hours, while Miriam, the neighbors and our helpers moved the play structure over to our backyard and re-assembled it.
It looks great in the yard and needless to say the kids love it. They have been using it non-stop for the past few days!
Check out the video of the first few hours after we got back, plus Isaac made his directorial debut on the video camera complete with narration....

The play structure looks great in the yard. Can't believe they carried it over. The kids will have many hours enjoying this while dad gets an "arm workout".
